Return and Refund Policy:
All new and unopened products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund or to return products, please contact our customer support team at 1-616-902-4666. For all products over 30 days, sales are considered final. You must have proof of purchase and are responsible for all shipping cost.
If any products arrive damaged or broken, or part of your order is missing, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. All shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Given the uncertainty and rapid pace of change of relevant laws, Brown Hemp Inc makes no representation as to the legality of CBD under laws applicable to you. Purchases are at your own risk.
- Shipping Options- Brown Hemp Inc has partnerships with multiple carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority and DHL to best serve our customers. Depending on the location of the shipment, Brown Hemp Inc will select the best and fastest possible shipping service for your location. (PO BOX delivery addresses will ship with USPS Priority). Please note: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our ability to ship overnight has become severely limited. When possible, we will return to our normal shipping practices which will allow customers the option to upgrade delivery service to Overnight for a fee. In those instances Brown Hemp Inc will ship out domestic with either FedEx or UPS.
- Packaging- corrugated boxes, bubble mailers, die-cut mailer, pack mailers, bubble wrap, feeder paper. During summer months and when orders contain heat sensitive items, the delivery package may contain foil insulations and a gel ice pack.
- Processing timeframe: 2-3 business days from time payment is processed.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Any dispute will be handled in the EU.
